Using EquateMobile on your iPhone, you can access your grant information simply via fingerprint ID.

If you transfer to another company within the Fresenius Group or an affiliated company, this will not affect your granted but not yet vested performance shares.

In general, your participation will not be affected by retirement or early retirement. Even if you retire before vesting, your granted performance shares will be paid out after the relevant vesting date.

A special rule applies for participants liable for US tax.

If you qualify for a special vesting event, your granted performance shares will not be affected by leaving the Fresenius Group after the grant. So you will receive your payout after the relevant vesting date – even if you have already left Fresenius.

Special vesting event:
You need to be at least 55 years old and working for Fresenius Group for 10 years.

If you leave Fresenius Group, all performance shares not yet vested will forfeit.

If you are leaving due to a compliance violation, the Management Board has the option to reclaim all or part of your already vested performance shares – up to three years after the payout.

In general, your performance shares will not be affected if you have to leave Fresenius due to disability. They will vest on the relevant vesting date. Please file the relevant documentation within three months to ensure you will be entitled to your performance shares after you have left

In case of death, performance shares are transferred to your heirs. The heirs need to file the relevant documentation within six months.

Disability under US tax: you will receive your payout of granted performance shares after leaving because of disability, if you qualify for a special vesting event.

You need to be at least 55 years old and working for Fresenius Group for 10 years uninterrupted.
